Air Fryer Bacon
Flat, even strips with rendered fat in the drawer instead of on the stove. The breakfast search that is not an egg recipe.
Bacon rendered in the basket, eggs set in ramekins in the leftover heat. A full breakfast without turning on the oven and the drawer catches the fat instead of your stovetop.

Render strips until nearly done, then nestle ramekins in for the eggs so everything finishes together.
Air fryers vary. Start checking early. Yolks go from jammy to hard fast.
A spoon of bacon drippings on toast or potatoes is the quiet win.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C). Lay the bacon in a single layer. Cook 7-10 minutes, flipping once, until it is nearly as crisp as you like. Move it to a plate.

Butter 4 small ceramic ramekins. Crack an egg into each one and season with salt and pepper.
Set the ramekins in the basket. Cook 4-6 minutes for set whites and jammy yolks (closer to 3 minutes if you want them very soft). Check early: eggs go from perfect to hard quickly.

Plate the bacon beside the eggs. Add chives or hot sauce if you like.
If you want toast or potatoes, spoon a little of the bacon fat from the drawer over them for extra flavor.
