Air Fryer Klyftpotatis
Seasoned potato wedges with crisp skins and fluffy centers. The Swedish klyftpotatis side for falukorv, salmon, or weeknight chicken.
Hasselback potatoes look fancy and cook cleanly in an air fryer: thin slices fan open, oil gets into the cuts, and the tops turn shatter-crisp.

Lay chopsticks beside the potato so you do not cut all the way through.

Follow each step in order. Photos show what to look for so the basket finish matches the plate.
Cut thin slits across each potato, stopping before the bottom. Brush with butter, garlic and salt, working some into the cuts.
Even spacing matters more than perfection. Thin tips crisp first.

Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, brushing once at 20 minutes, until tips are deep gold and centers are tender.
A knife should slide through easily. If tips brown too fast, tent loosely with foil briefly.

The UK's most-wanted air-fryer side: parboiled, roughed up and blasted until the edges go glass. Goose fat if you have it; oil if you do not.
