Air Fryer Baked Potato
Russets with a dry, salted skin and a steaming interior: faster than the oven, crisper than the microwave.
Custard-soaked bread with crisp edges and a soft center. The air fryer browns both sides if you flip once, and you can keep batches warm while you finish the rest.

Day-old sandwich bread or brioche soaks without falling apart.
A quick dip is enough. Soggy slices steam instead of toast.
Bottom browns first. Flip halfway for even color.

Follow each step in order. Photos show what to look for so the basket finish matches the plate.
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a shallow dish. Dip each bread slice 5-10 seconds per side so it is coated but not soggy.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease the basket.
Cook 2 slices at a time for 3-4 minutes, flip, then cook 3-4 minutes more until golden and set.

Serve hot with maple syrup, fruit or yogurt.
